Ethiopian Airlines is scheduled to commence flights to Maun (MUB, Botswana) from their Addis Ababa (ADD, Ethiopia) base on the 30th of June. The new route will allow tourists to seamlessly connect to the famous Okavango Delta, which is celebrated as one of Africa’s Seven Natural Wonders and designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site
The route will be operated as a triangular route originating from Addis Ababa going to Ndola (NLA, Zambia), then to Maun, and finally back to Addis Ababa. Flights will be operated three times weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, utilising the Boeing 737-8 MAX aircraft.
