Air France now operates three weekly flights between Paris (CDG, France) and Kilimanjaro (JRO, Tanzania) using the Airbus A350-900 aircraft equipped with 34 seats in business class, 24 seats in premium economy and 266 in economy class.

The flights to Kilimanjaro will be an extension of flights to Zanzibar, making it a triangular route. The flights replace another triangular route, which is the Paris to Dar Es Salam via Zanzibar. Dar Es Salam will remain accessible via Amsterdam, with KLM operating flights to the Tanzanian capital daily.
