Virgin Atlantic to launch Flights to Ghana

In 2025, Virgin Atlantic is planning to resume flights between London and Accra, marking the end of a 12 year hiatus. The airline last operated on this route in 2013.  The new daily service to Kotoka International Airport (ACC) in Accra will be operated using Boeing 787 Dreamliners.

The London to Accra route currently has two direct flights, which are both operated by British Airways. It operates daily flights between London Heathrow and Accra using an Airbus A350. They also operate between London Gatwick and Accra four times weekly using Boeing 777s.
