Air Zimbabwe resumed its flights between Harare (HRE, Zimbabwe) and Johannesburg (JNB, South Africa) on the 29th of July. Flights will be operated using a 50-seater Embraer ERJ145 aircraft. Flights were originally announced and scheduled as daily flights, but this changed about a week before the relaunch to four weekly flights and has remained that way since the relaunch. The 4 weekly flights are operated on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Tanzania, which has been the only constantly served international destination by Air Zimbabwe, has received some increased capacity. Since the 15th of August, Air Zimbabwe increased weekly flights between Harare and Dar Es Salaam (DAR, Tanzania) from two to three weekly flights. The additional frequency will operate on Thursdays, with the other two flights operating on Tuesdays and Saturdays. All flights are operated using the Boeing 737-200, which is one of the last B737-200s still being flown on scheduled flights worldwide.
