Kenya Airways will suspend flights to Bangui (BGF, Central African Republic) from the 9th of August. This route cancellation will affect the current five weekly flights between Nairobi and Douala (NBO, Cameroon) which were operated via Bangui. Starting from 11 August, Nairobi – Doula will be a direct flight.

Martin Gitonga, Kenya Airways’ Head of Network Planning and Alliances had this ti say; “In light of the current market landscape and as part of our Business Continuity Plan, Kenya Airways has made the strategic decision to make adjustments on its route networks to ensure smoother and more efficient operations.”
