EgyptAir will be expanding its route network with the launch of two new routes, one to Manchester (MAN, United Kingdom) and the other to Delhi (DEL, India). Flights to Manchester will commence on the 15th of July, operating five times weekly on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays using a Boeing 737-800 aircraft. Flights to Delhi will start on the 1st of August, operating four times weekly using an A320neo.
The opening of the new routes is a part of the company’s plan to expand its route network. EgyptAir wants to make Cairo a hub airport by increasing the number of direct flights available from the airport. The new routes will represent additional expansion points to EgyptAir’s network in Asia and Europe and serve new customers of the company around the world.
