Air Belgium (ABB, Belgium) launched its inaguaral flight to Africa with direct flights between Brussels (BRU, Belgium) and Cape Town (CPT, South Africa) via Johannesburg (JNB, South Africa).
The route will be operated twice weekly using the flagship A330-900neo with 30 seats in business class, 21 seats in premium economy and 235 seats in economy. Flights to South Africa will operate on Wednesdays and Fridays and the return flights to Belgium will operate every Monaday and Thursday. The flights to South africa will have a short stop over in Johannesburg and the return flight to Belgium will also have a stopover in Johannesburg before proceeding to Brussel.
