Passenger dies on-board Kenya Airways flight.

Kenya Airways (KQ, Kenya) confirmed that a passenger died on board its aircraft which was headed for Kenya on the 22nd of August.

Flight KQ003 operating from New York to Nairobi using the Boeing 787-8 dreamliner declared a medical emergency whilst on route to Nairobi which resulted in the pilots making an emergency landing in Casablanca, Morocco. Unfortunately the passenger was unresposive and announced dead on arrival by the medical team in Casablanca.

The family of the deceased were contacted and were waiting in Nairobi when the aircraft finally landed about 12 hours behind schedule.
